Join us for our first weekly FREE yoga class, taught by Alicia Quint. After relaxing and strengthening your mind, feel free to stay for lunch, pints, and/or mimosas! Bring your own mat if you have one, a few are available to borrow first come, first served. Beginners and all ages are always welcome!
Weather permitting this class will be held outside, so dress accordingly!
