Join us for our weekly yoga class, taught by Stacy from the YMCA. This week will be a donation based class (suggested donation $5), with all donations going to the Veterans Yoga Project.
The Veterans Yoga Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of military veterans. Their mission is to support recovery and resilience among veterans, their families and our communities. They offer Mindful Resilience Training which helps veterans breathe easy, think clearly, move freely, rest deeply and find greater connection with themselves and others.
Bring your own mat if you have one, a few are available to borrow first come, first served. Beginners are always welcome!
